After all the excitement of the competition - we continued with a very
exciting freestyle seminar given by Julie Flanery.
She did a great job in customizing her workshop to our group and everyone
had a great time. We had 17 working teams and 8 auditors - so the
seminar kept everyone busy. In addition to showing us some new
moves, Julie reminded us of the importance of making moves polished and
perfect.
Here are some of the comments we have received on Julie's seminar... She did
a great job and deserves a lot of credit. If you get the chance to have
Julie come to your area, we think you'll definitely enjoy her presentation...
**Julie was just great--I so appreciated her teaching from a 'clicker'
viewpoint. She was enthusiastic and she gave more than one way to teach a
move. I really appreciated her talking about how she views things as a
judge. Her presentation agenda was perfect for the group.
**In the competition, we had a little goof - but, in Julie's seminar, I
realized the reason why, and got the solution. I wish I'd learned that
before the competition, but I know it now, and can work on it.
**I told Julie I couldn’t remember when I had been to such a full and/or fun
seminar and I really meant that. I made more progress this weekend than I
ever dreamed possible.
**Thanks again for a Wonderful weekend! The competition, the seminar - It
was MORE than I ever anticipated! (And I was looking forward to this like a
kid going to Disneyland!).
**Julie's seminar was one of the most practical and informative seminars
I've been to. Thanks for putting this together.
